Hi, it’s Bon Jovi again. A huge part of PCS’ing is finding ways to see family along the journey. It was so important for me to see my Mimi and Pops, in Myrtle Beach, SC and say my goodbyes. They live on the old Myrtle Beach Air Force base - how cool is that! Here are my top (3) favorite places to PLAY - EAT - WASH in Myrtle Beach, my true home away from home: Barc Parc South | Center S Myrtle Beach, SC: there is an enclosure for big dogs and they have their very own swimming pond. And then for me, b/c I’m about 20lbs, I go to the small dog enclosure. I get to run, stretch my paws, and make lots of new friends. Tidal Creek Brewhouse | 3421 Knoles St Myrtle Beach, SC: I usually sit with my family at the picnic tables. They even have an entire dog menu just for me! I recommend ordering the Dog Bowl - it comes with warm yummy rice and chicken. Angel Pets | 1511 S Hwy 17 Business Surfside Beach, SC: Lastly, after fun days at the sandy beach it’s time to clean up! My parents take me here to the self-service wash stations. Too easy to just pop in for a quick clean up!

Hello everyone! In a few months I’m getting ready to take a vacation with my two large breed dogs. We’ve never been able to really vacation with our dogs so I’m new at this! What is your best travel advice with pets?

What’s your best or worst should I say PCS experience, memory, etc? Our last one definitely took the cake. We’ve been at this for almost 14 years but our moving truck broke down, my husband had to cancel a flight, then we get the truck fixed and the tire is flat the next day we’re set to leave. We were homeless and truckless with our things all loaded. There’s more but that pretty much sums it up🤦🏼‍♀️. We made it though and plan to do another DITY this summer with 13 chickens, 2 dogs, 3 horses, and 3 kids under 6.
