Hi! I’m so sorry to hear that, especially around the holidays. Ive been researching but haven’t found anyone that can help. Have you called and checked with the local shelters? PCSing OCONUS or living on base requires pets to be chipped so if your cat is chipped a vet or shelter may have scanned it.
